[s2If !is_user_logged_in()]Have you ever been in a room or an outdoor space, and been in immediate awe of the experience? Is it
the colour, the smells, the spaciousness, the order, the view, the coziness, the memories of a place it
reminds you of…? As a contrast, have you ever entered a space that has made you feel cautious, heavy,
gloomy, insecure, stifled, confused, overwhelmed or nauseous? What could make us feel this way?
As someone who has come to appreciate the contrast of a space that reflects order and potential to
invite in new experiences, I can truly recommend the process to explore what ties us to our perception
of our identity and the ‘‘stuff’’ that supports it.[/s2If]
[s2If is_user_logged_in()]Your wardrobe is probably amongst the first things you see in the morning and amongst the last spaces
you see before you rest for the night. As all that is in our immediate awareness affects our sense of how
we feel and often how we have progressed in our day, a wardrobe that is unruly always leaves us
reminded of unfinished business. It could be a thought like ‘oh I haven’t made that trip to St Vinnie’s yet’,
‘I haven’t lost those kilos yet’, or ‘I must get to that ironing’. To be waking up to that feeling of ‘that list
seems to be getting longer’ or ‘I’ll never get to wear that again’ has to be disempowering.
As we progress along the path that is our life journey, we evolve to varying degrees physically,
emotionally and spiritually. We change.[/s2If]
[s2If current_user_can(access_s2member_level1)]To accept that we are no longer what we once were has to be a
wonderful thing. As we become wiser in the knowing that when we accept the present and are in
gratitude for all we have accomplished, we feel totally empowered and free to express our true
reflection.
To help determine our most positive physical attributes, consult a fashion stylist. To bring out the best
light in us, consult a colour stylist. To bring our thoughts into a positive sense of self, enlist someone who
can guide you through a decluttering process. By trusting that we can now be free of all the beliefs and
emotions that have supported the accumulating of surplus stuff over time, we can see ourselves as being
totally abundant and whole. Keeping only and valuing all what makes us feel great, allows us to
appreciate how much we have held back. When we pay things forward with a generous heart, we see
the joy and gratitude in others.
Accepting who we are in this now moment is the greatest gift we can give ourselves, and those who care
about us. The fundamental key to sustaining a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle is feeling empowered to
create it. By aligning our thoughts and actions with living our truth and our passion, we take our rightful
place in the matrix that is human co-creation.[/s2If]
